Washington Co Ks | I don't wear overalls so I can't comment about them but I agree with contacting the company. I have contacted the headquarters of several companies when I have had a complaint. They will usually respond somehow. They need to know if customers aren't satisfied. I've emailed Walmart a couple of times and within a week or two I had a call from the local manager wanting to know exactly what the problem was. I complained about the way a shampoo bottle opened and was told that they would look into it. I figured that was the end of that but about a year later they have changed the bottle. I'm not saying that the change was because of me but it makes me think that they do take comments seriously. | |
