I just put the hopper extensions on 100 acres ago. I did hit something... the frame when it came loose. My dealer has been wonderful to work with. Kinze really should step up on this but we'll find out next week. I know how Deere was when I worked at the local dealership I hope Kinze is better. Bottom line is that butt weld is not enough to support the thing. Mechanic said other side is engineered the same way so it got support as well.
