Everybody takes their hits and bounces back, it is called maturing.  His posts sounded like a short term hotshot trader that just needs to age a little.  If he tones it down a little, reading his posts will not generate as much heat and would be more thought provoking.  Stepping up and just posting as little as "ooopps" would help him on here quite a bit.

Hope he reads this and reflects on it.
