central Ia | Hone shoulder done last Nov, I was on the 2 pills every four hrs for over a week, slept in the recliner for 2 months or more. It's alot better but still not back to normal, still is weaker than the other arm. Do your rehab, listen to what they tell you. I worked on rehab pretty hard and steady, did alot of the exercises at home to keep it loosen up. I was like you they gave me 1 pain pill in the hospital to go home on, it's a 1/2 hr drive home and I couldn't stand the pain by the time I got home but took another one it kicked in about a 1/2 hr later and then it was better. Good luck but take it slow | |
