Subject: what value to put on trit/barley silage


what would be a good value to put on silage that you have a landowner on? LL really doesn't want the silage just the $$. been raining here so I think they will still take off a normal crop of soybeans afterwards if nothing crazy happens. maybe just buy it for so many $$ per ton out of the field?

what is hay silage worth to a beef finisher dollarwise per ton sitting in the silo?
