michigan | I own a 1994 Alum., 7x20 barrett gooseneck livestock trailer 50-50 with my cousin, who wants to buy out my half. Trying to put a fair value on what its worth. Until 06 I fed out around 80 fats a year and hauled them 40 miles to the stockyard. He feeds roughly 120 fat Holsteins a year, and also uses it to pick up deacons off the farm 15 miles away. Say that just to give you some idea of how much use it has had. It is in real good shape for being almost twenty years old. He was thinking between 4 and 5 grand. Any suggestions, I want to be fair but not give the thing away. I think we paid around 9000 to 9500 new. | |
