Where Lewis and Clark finished the rum | I've used Panasonic Toughbooks for years - currently use CF-27 500 mhz with touchscreen and sealed keyboard. Have lost a couple without sealed kbd in mud/rain. Work Great. Second serial available via vehicle dock station or port replicator.
I use FW sitemate. Fine for VRA - 1 tank - and seeing where you have been. Very poor, if you want to mark rocks, week species etc. OK for guidance Their 9.x vs of SM/Guidemate for PDA was last implementation of attribute tagging. And FW needs to write nightime format for screen - even with the screen dimmed all the way, there is just too much white, and it tough on the eyes, especially for those of us over 50. DeLorme has nice screen toggle between light background with dark streets, or black background with light/orange features - WAY easier to use at night.
