Buffalo IL | I have had the unfortunate experience of mowing a couple of fawns. What was bad was when they weren't dead and had to go home and get a device to uthenize them. Worse was when I mowed a calf and have done that twice in 20 years. I try not to mow pastures anymore unless I have to many tree sprouts. Calves like to go hide in the tall grass next to where the cows are if they can go under the fence wire.
