5/33 = 15% open that is high unless there were some special circumstances.  Have these five cows had a good record/calving interval previously? Are they repeat offenders?

Mineral is a big part of breed back and successful calving.  With two bulls on 33 cows there shouldn't be 15% open.

You might want to sell these five.
