wkoleary - 5/21/2013 09:46 I have ICF in my house basement built 4 years ago not that impressed. Built a poured concrete wall garage 10.5ft high last fall. 32x56. All walls including front with 4 garage door openings and walk door included also poured floor with pex. Cost $30k. ICF and block bids were more. I wish i had poured my whole house 4 years ago but never got bids on it. Really like it. bill
