North Dakota | How about a stack of used truck tires with two wood posts pushed in the inside tight up to the tires so if they do rub them they cant be moved around to put pressure on the hydrant and stackm just high enough so you can reach over and turn it on or off. Had the cows rub the cover off one of the phone co. posts once and they chewed the wires all up. I was amazed how many little wires were in there, the neighbor was complaining their phone didn't work for a couple days I just smirked and said what the heck. | |
