Most of the major farm pubs look at acres, crops, livestock you are operating, then decide if you are a good outfit to show their advertisements too.
I found when I reached a certain acreage level, I started getting more pubs. because I apparently was good enough to get their stuff.
Don't worry, you aren't missing very much. They all have a file cabinet with about 50 article topics ready to go, and they just rotate through them every year like clockwork. Picking the right hybrids in December.
