There's a bar that does catering. They make the best pork chop. I've had pork chops at the Iowa Machine Shed and they're just big and cooked. No special flavor. I've had them a few other places and they're either dry or no real taste. The guy who has the little bar grills them and must use some seasoning that soaks into them. Unfortunately he only has them when he caters and I don't get many opportunities to go to an event that he caters. I'd like some ideas as to how to grill a pork chop that's about an inch and a half thick and make it golden brown as well as juicy and flavorful. |
