So far, no signs of a leak. I tried it yesterday and it did start folding. When I tried it again it wouldn't. It makes sense to me that it is leaking internally then, the hydraulic oil was cooler and heavier so it would work, but as it warms up it thins and leaks by.
Yes it is a 90 degree fold bar, with internal cylinders.
