Grain storage. The angled in walls worked well for that.
My thoughts too, less grain pressure on an angled wall. My dad and grandpa put on up on the home place down in Oregon sometime in the '70s and regularly used it to store wheat. I liked to go in there and walk around on the wheat pile- there's a picture of me and a couple of other kids doing that somewhere around here. |
