EC Indiana | On my 7200 6 row, the tank furthest from the fill valve has a restrictor in the neck the goes into the bottom of the fert tank. Question is: should this restrictor go in this furthest tank, or in the tank closest to the fill valve? Can see logic of both places in that the fert is going to want to run straight down the hose rather than making a turn into the first (& second) tank, thus the need for the restrictor in the last tank. On the other hand, as the tanks fill and pressure builds in the line, will the first tank have the least resistance and want to fill first, needing the restrictor? I took these tanks off of another planter and didn't notice that one of the tanks had the restrictor until now. Thanks. |
