Auction sales, get the really old guns. If they won't fit a cartridge, then swap bodies with a newer gun. Somehow the old ones don't air lock, last forever, and you can build huge pressure, new ones all seem to bypass.  I prefer lever types with a pipe instead of a hose.  Just use the pistol grip hose types when nothing else will fit.
