Northern CA | I have a complaint with Raven now as well. I hope this is not their new company model. I sent my Smartsteer in for repair a month ago today. They told me it would be a 4 to 5 day turn around. Well, no unit left. They offered me a demo unit for $1000 to buy, but no eta on my repair. I have less than 1000 hours on my unit. To me, this seems excessive. I am not trying to derail your thread, but I think the company must be overwhelmed or is experiencing some other issues. | |
