Curious as to why you would want it on all the time?
Takes power, stirs up dust, makes a mess and plugs radiators and air filters faster. Not to mention the noise.
If you need to do some sort of pre cooling before a big hill, just flip it to manual unless you dont have that option, you can install a solenoid for very little money.
