I have 80,000 on a 2010 and never had a check engine light on it. I wonder if you did get some bad fuel. It seems to me some areas have issues and some don't leading me to believe the fuel is the issue most of the time. I always fill at busy fuel stations or my own tank to avoid this issue. Good luck.
