Just did the same thing here last fall. Had an Amish crew pour new foundation under an old barn as the first part of a multi year project and put siding on 2 sides for phase 1. One side was just on piers and used to be a crib and was severely undermined. They had a breaker on a big NH tracked skid loader to break out the old cracked stuff. They let me use it to break the stuff up into size I needed. I had to haul it all on my old dump truck about 3/4 of a mile and dump it in a pile then I took my skid loader there to place it but I could only get access from one side. Probably made at least 25-30 trips did not want to overload my old truck and the concrete chunks are hard on the bed and skid loader buckets. Phase 2 will be pouring new floor inside & under the overjet, removing the old crib inside, closing in the overjet and a new wider door in the end and siding the other 2 sides.
