Still plant with an 856 and a White 5100 12 row. Total initial cost of $5300, 4300 for the tractor 31 years ago and 1000 for the planter 3 years ago. I get good stands, but I get a little tired of changing discs. I do have a cab, but the doors are already off and the front and back windows will come out for planting.
So what do you plant with??
