Yes I agree on the calibration and wouldn't hurt to make sure most recent software is installed for all contollers. If serial # dictates that this is an earlier 200 that means it has the remotes with the stepper motors. These remotes where not the best and gave u the reasults u r having. Good tell tale is the cab interior grey? I beleive break was at 102000.
