| That's just a fuel filter doing its job, the Deere filter works like a fuel pro the level rises as it dirtys lower part of filter. Fuel pro has a clear bowl that you can see how bad the filter is Deere don't. I would change as per book, it brings on a alarm if filter needs doing sooner.
Unless the filters got like that in a short time like 50hr don't worry, we would be throught money away if filters were like new every service much batter to have them doing there job for you.
