Was in a McDonald's Saturday afternoon when a mom with 4 small kids came in.  Kids all got Happy Meals, and Mom set them all up for the kids at the table.  Sandwiches on the wrapper paper, etc.  The littlest one, probably about 4 (but with a pacifier in her mouth), pulled her wrapper paper with her sandwich closer to her.................but oooops!.......too far.  The two halves of the hamburger flipped onto the floor, both halves face-down.  My jaw just dropped when the mom got up and walked around the table and picked that burger up off the floor, put it back together and gave it to the kid.  I nearly gagged.  What in the world would possess anyone to feed a kid something that came off a McD's floor?  Five-second rule does NOT apply in any restaurant.
