Northern CA | Thanks for all the advice. I know at $50k there would be only one farm employee in Scott Valley being paid more, and everyone else would be at least $10k less. Ben, I know when I see ads for your valley I know they are paying more than the same position over here. As far as doubling the pay, I would not be able to afford it.
I just read a post a day or to ago about service techs only making $12 per hour as experienced John Deere techs. It seems wages are all over the board. | |
