Subject: 2002 Chevy heater won't quit

When I turn heater and fan to off position, heat keeps coming. Doesn't seem to make any difference if on defrost, floor, or any place else. Is there some door or something similar that is not shutting? Right now it feels fine, but it may need some adjusting by next week. 2002 Silverado
