Had to go talk to someone about a farm safety camp we are putting on for local kids, this is one of the "displays" the company has out front of the offices... Definitely not a common sight in Colorado, REALLY doubt it came from anywhere near here.
Extra credit for anybody in the area that knows where it's sitting!
