West Chazy, New York | I was recently at Gaspro and an exterminator was picking up several tanks of propane. He told me they have a thriving business killing bedbugs in hotels. They seal up the room and set a propane burner on the lanai and raise the temperature in the room to about 120 if I remember right and hold it there for a few hours. That temperature is high enough to kill them and leaves no residue. The hotels are terrified of having a bedbug infestation become news, so they will spend good money to control them. | |
