NE SD | Yes, I would say you are about right on with the price of the concrete. This building that was nearly rusting through was only a few years old....10 at the most. The hoop makers put a 25 year warranty on their canvas. I'm thinking the price difference was several dollars per head (50+) when comparing hoop versus monoslope. I wish we could make one work here, but that's a 30 year investment, plus you have to buy the cattle and the market is scary right now. I'm not sure I want to be shovelling $h!t when I'm 60 years old. | |
