haven't had time to hit the gym for a week, and didn't do to good with the diet over the weekend. But I didn't gain still @ 235 unclothed goal is 215. was around 260 when I start after valentines day. hoping to be able to run some now that the weather has broke. I really want to run in the town 5k on memorial day but not sure i'll be ready.
