I have this problem with my NH 650 too. Have tried the NH brand white net wrap on several occaisions and either had problems with it cutting or wouldn't start wrapping. I changed the spring settings too with no luck. Also tried new knives. For now I've given up and use the black Fastnet which seems to work good in mine.
