Do a search on your computer for a file ending in .pst This file is most likely called backup.pst You can copy the file to a backup CD, thumb drive or include it in your regular backups. You do do regular backups right?
Microsoft has a free add-on to Outlook that lets you do a scheduled or manual backup from the File menu.
