Used it last year and again this year. We use aerial because we can pick when we want our fields flown. About $3 an acre, per flight. We looked into satellite and you can get 5 to 30m resolution for about $2 acre for the entire season. The RapidEye imagery we used, 5m resolution, was good for larger fields. We paid for aerial on our smaller fields and our plots that we did N trials on.
