I would expect a stand reduction in the first three pictures. That corn is hurt
enough that some plants will have severe buggy whipping.The new leaf tissue
will have a hard time tearing through the old, dead tissue IMO. I have heard
of people mowing or harrowing corn like that to release the new growth.
