central PA | saturation of Ca ranges anywhere from 52-90% depending on the field. And yes, about 1/3 of the ground is going into alfalfa this spring, we have the equipment for it and there is a pretty good market for it in our area. Don't know what the OM is on the ground, fertilizer dealer who did the sampling didn't order that I guess, I would have liked to of known that as well. Will be putting down potash once beans come off, got quoted 550 a ton yesterday.
