I think the stuff talked about here, after looking at the web site, is snake oil.

I think soil life is important, and there are ways to enhance it. I think there is a lot of study left to go on that topic.

I think if you harvest and sell a crop off the land, you need to replace the p and k you haul away. I don't believe you can create those with microbes or cover crops. Certainly you can manage them better, but you still are mining the soil if you don't haul in what you are hauling away.

All that said, it seems there are a lot of hucksters out there selling foo foo juice for big bucks.

I took the message as someone repecting Ed enough to say if he is getting value out of these practices, there must be something to it in some way... Even if this one product sure appears to be a sham.

It is difficult to sort out the good from the bad on this type of product, when the science is so new, the hucksters are so many, proven results take years to figure out.....
