Northeast Nebraska | I don't like authority assist at all. Grass is an easy kill with gly. Take care of the broadleaves with authority first.
I got stuck with some authority assist last year because they were out of authority first. The authority assist sprayed fields were the weediest fields we had. I also custom sprayed for one person who had their "crop scout" provide them with authority assist. The customer wasn't happy with the results. He had a quart of gly, 11 oz of 2,4-d and I think 3 oz of authority assist, but may have been more.
I'd use authority assist only with extreme caution where broadleaves were few, but grass was a major problem.
Also, metribuzin is cheap. Might throw it in too | |
