My first question is why did they only take 2 loads and not 4? Sometimes when we sign up our contracts for a specific month, they don't all get delivered in that month because the elevator is full and they aren't getting rail cars for movement but they always take the other loads, it just happens a month or two later. I wonder if this is what happened to you. Have you asked them if they are waiting for railcars before they take the last 2 loads?

Next question, was you grain not meeting the terms of the contract, as in you signed up #1 canola but it is really a #3? I have never had a contract the company didn't fill, as long as I am meeting my obligations in delivering what I said I have as far as quality. We need a little more information to understand why they didn't take the 2 loads.
