I like the Reese/Hidden Hitch rail systems. I have a flip-down-to-hide ball setup in my old Dodge Powerwagon and the rail system was already in the 96 when I bought it. The rails are not much of a hindrance in the floor of the bed and I can change over to the fifth wheel by pulling four pins and replacing the hitch assembly.
