Folicur / tebuconazole is a very good rust and a good head scab fungicide. Price is around $50 /gal. Retailers won't push this because it will displace those > $150 per gal fungicides. I'm tank mixing teb with Parsaro & it's been successful. Look up the activity of Folicur - I believe it's good on mildew also.
