Yep. Inch of rain fell on frozen ground. All ponded up and all if not most ended up in dredges, creeks, and rivers. Good for replenishing those levels but didn't do much for soil moisture.
Wish ground would have been thawed out so all could have soaked in.
Glad to see it can still rain. Most since last spring.
