We have always just used liquid on the seed and then a 3x rate in furrow with great results. Even on virgin soybean ground up here. On a field that had been beans twice already we still picked up 6 bushels using the liquid in furrow vs seed only. Keep in mind our high ph soils aren't friendly to the Brady rhizobium family.
