I use a quart of 20% ammonionated zinc with 5 gallons of 10-34-0 in-furrow. That gets me a half pound of actual zinc per acre. I've had tissue test come back low for zinc and that promoted me to start doing this. The dry you can get is probably zinc sulfate and that is the cheapest form of zinc you can find. I tried to dissolve zinc sulfate in 10-34-0 one year and that doesn't work very well.
