Agboy has good advice. I see that you have the end cover loosened and looks as though the spring is out, so before you put that clutch back on, check for wear on the two bushings on the clutch as well as the three rollers and weights. When those clutches are properly maintained, it makes a huge difference in their operation. You will need a holding fixture and the proper torque specs to replace the rollers and/or weights. Again, all "X" marks must be aligned during the reassembly process. It is also a good idea to check for any burrs on the crank and inside of clutch while it is off.
