Liberty, MO | You stated you have hills to pull, so I would look for a semi with an engine that has at least 1650 ft pounds of Torque. At least a 10 speed, 13 might be better but not for me. I'm running a 10 speed Eaton-Fuller Auto Shift behind a Volvo 630(.slightly raised roof) 221 Wheelbase, VED 12, 465 HP 3.58 Gears, Tall 22.5's and very seldon use first gear loading in fields, elevators, bin sites, 40 ft Timpte 72 inch sides, sloped ends. Get a truck with stacks behind the cab what ever brand you get.
