He sure was, it was built by the previous owner's parents who just passed away at 102 years of age. In the grainary, written on the door in pencil, first oat crop was 1912. I have a farm photo with 18?? painted on the barn. I try to make it work for sheep but somedays struggle with keeping it warm since the hayloft is not filled.
