Would you continue employment or terminate? Ps. He has taken the truck home at least 8 more times for at least 700 mile per round trip and I am sure all or most of them have been on my bill but I was not watching fuel purchases to have it documented.
I didn't read any other responses but..........unless this guy has some huge positives that you've failed to mention. Terminate.....the sooner the better. This will be a non winner for you any way you go, so end it sooner rather than later before it costs you more. JMHO. |
