Caraway, AR | Eddie, This is for a 4-wheel drive, but I think they are the same in that area.
Take the wheel off and find the sensor for the anti-lock brake. Loosen the hold down and pull the sensor out . Take a grease gun hose and take the end off. Put an o-ring over the threads(1/8 pipe) to seal it . Push the end in the hole where the sensor came out and grease.
I have doubt whether the extra greasing is going to extend the life of the bearings, lots of different thought on that.
You will know they are going out when they begin to make noise, especially in a curve. A while after that the wheel will fall off.
