Southeast Colorado | It was a completely pleasant exchange between me and the state trooper. I told him I had been standing all day and was just kind of getting my feet under me when I realized I had accelerated too much. I literally had just left where I was parked and was bringing the pickup up to speed. I didn't deny that I was speeding so I admit guilt. I just didn't want too pay the big fine and cost me more on insurance if the traffic court system had a built in provision allowing me not as harsh of punishment. From the sounds of it I luckily do not have a CDL. | |
